Refund Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026 (draft). The rules below cover payments made to [[TBD-LEGAL-ENTITY]] for ImageGenAI subscriptions and credit packs, and they sit alongside the terms of service. If you need to cancel a subscription, the cancel steps are in section 4, and a failed generation never needs a refund request.

When we refund a payment

You can ask for a full refund of a charge within [[TBD-REFUND-WINDOW-DAYS]] days of the date it was taken, as long as the credits that charge gave you have not been used.

  • Every charge counts: this covers the first payment, renewals, monthly plans, yearly plans and credit packs. Each charge has its own window.
  • Unused means unused: if you have already spent credits from that charge, we cannot take them back, so we cannot refund the part that was used. [[TBD-PARTIAL-REFUND-POLICY]]
  • Mistakes: if we charged you twice or in error, we refund the extra charge.

What happens after a refund

When a charge is refunded, the period or credits it paid for end straight away. For a subscription, the plan stops at the moment of the refund and benefits such as larger sizes and private results stop with it. For a credit pack, the remaining credits from that pack are removed from your balance. Free credits and credits from other charges are not affected.

Cancelling and failed generations

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the period you have already paid for; the plan keeps working until that period ends. A generation that fails on our side is handled by the system: the credits for it are returned automatically, so you do not need to request a refund for it. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [[TBD-REFUND-EMAIL]] from the email address on your account. Include the date of the charge and, if you can, the receipt. We answer within [[TBD-REFUND-REPLY-DAYS]] working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
