AI Photo Generator for Realistic Images
An AI photo generator creates a picture that looks like it came from a camera, using only your description. Say what is in the frame and how it is lit, and download the result.
Free images are public by default and may appear in the gallery after review.
60 credits per rolling 24 hours, no sign-up needed.
What makes an AI photo look real
People look for ai generated photos for many reasons: mock-ups, blog headers, mood boards, or just curiosity about a realistic ai image generator. A free ai photos session also makes a good way to test an idea before booking a shoot, and an ai photo maker saves time on stock searches. Real photographs share a few traits, and a prompt that names them gets closer to the look. The most useful are light, lens and detail.
Light matters most. "Soft window light", "golden hour", "overcast daylight" and "harsh flash at night" each push the picture toward a different kind of photograph. If you leave light out, the result often looks flat or too perfect.
Lens look controls perspective and blur. "35mm street photo" suggests a natural view with a bit of context. "85mm portrait, shallow depth of field" suggests a tight frame and a softly blurred background. "Wide angle" stretches a room or a landscape.
Detail is the small stuff that tells the eye a scene is lived in: a chipped mug, wet pavement, a crease in a jacket. One or two such details beat a long list of adjectives.
Generate a realistic photo step by step
- Write the subject and what it is doing: "a baker pulling bread from an oven".
- Add the place and time: "small village bakery at dawn".
- Name the light and the lens: "warm side light, 50mm, shallow depth of field".
- Choose a ratio. Portrait suits 4:5 or 9:16, landscapes suit 16:9, product shots often suit 1:1.
- Generate, compare, and change one detail at a time.
Keep a note of the wording that produced a frame you liked, because it is easy to lose track after a few runs. The first result is a draft. Experienced users usually run a prompt three or four times, keep the best frame, and then adjust the wording around what they liked.
Prompt examples: portrait, product, landscape, food
- Portrait: "Candid portrait of an elderly fisherman, weathered hands, overcast harbor, 85mm, natural light."
- Product: "A ceramic coffee mug on a wooden table, steam rising, morning window light, clean background."
- Landscape: "Misty pine forest at sunrise, a narrow trail, wide angle, soft golden light."
- Food: "Overhead shot of a rustic pizza on a stone counter, basil leaves, warm kitchen light."
More ready-made wording is collected on the AI image prompts page. When the aim is a painted or drawn look instead of a camera look, the AI art generator is a better fit.
Limits to expect
Photo-style models are impressive but imperfect. Hands, teeth and the fingers of people in crowds can look odd. Text on signs, packaging and clothing may come out garbled. Reflections, symmetrical objects and counting tasks ("exactly five candles") are common trouble spots.
Treat a generated photo as an illustration, not as evidence. It does not show a real event, and you should not present it as one. Do not use it to imitate a real person or to mislead others.
Free use and who can see your photos
You can try this page without an account. A guest can spend 60 credits in any rolling 24 hours, and the pictures stay in your history for 7 days. Signing in gives a 30-credit daily check-in that ends at midnight, plus a one-time 30-credit welcome gift.
Free photos are 1K. Everything made on the free plan starts out public, and the gallery may show it after review, so choose subjects you are comfortable sharing. Plans with more credits are laid out in the Basic, Plus and Pro comparison, and the credit price of each run is visible before you generate.
FAQ
Does the ai photo generator free no sign up version work for guests?
Yes. Open the page as a guest and generate right away; the 60 credits you start with renew on a rolling 24-hour clock.
Is this a free ai photo generator for commercial work?
The page is free to try. Rules for commercial use are in the Terms of Service. [[TBD-COMMERCIAL-USE-TERMS]]
What is the difference between a photo generator ai tool and a photo editor?
A generator creates a new picture from a description. An editor changes pixels in a picture you already have. To transform an existing photo with a prompt, use the image to image page.
Why do hands and text look wrong?
These are known weak points of image models. Try a prompt that hides hands, such as hands in pockets, or generate several times and pick the best frame.
Can I make a realistic photo of a real person?
Please do not. Do not generate images that imitate a real individual or could mislead people about what happened.
Are the photos watermarked?
